I grew up on the east coast of Florida, where life moved with the rhythm of the ocean and days were spent outside—under the sun, in the saltwater, and around the table. That environment shaped the way I see food: as something to nourish, to share, and to ground us in what matters.
Over the years, my interest in health evolved into a deeper understanding of how food supports energy, recovery, and well-being—especially during life’s transitions. I studied health coaching through Precision Nutrition and combined that knowledge with my love of cooking to create meals that are as supportive as they are satisfying.
Now, through Lexi on the Coast, I offer private chef services, curated catering, postpartum meal delivery, and travel chef experiences. My approach is rooted in whole ingredients, thoughtful preparation, and a deep respect for the people I’m feeding. Whether you're hosting, healing, or just hoping to take one thing off your plate—I’m here to help make eating well feel effortless.
